In the super final Steve was able to show off a good start and join the group of the best, Bonnal was fighting for fourth place but in completing the Joker Lane he made a mistake that cost him a position going to close his race in sixth place. Bessieres was the victim of a fall in the first part of the race that excluded him from the fight for a good position going to end up in the back.

Steve Bonnal finishes in sixth place overall, the next race of the World Championship will be the Sardinia GP on the weekend of May 10-11.

Vladimiro Leone: “For us it was the first race and we showed up to gain experience also having a lineup of very young riders, Tom suffered a small injury in the Friday tests that limited him for the whole weekend, Romain broke a finger in the warm-up and it’s a real shame because he was going very fast, Steve just needs to gain more conviction because he has the means to stay with the leaders, we return home knowing where to work in view of the next races, I would like to thank TM Moto and all the guys on the team for the great work done in this first world race.”
