Sesta e penultima prova del mondiale si è corsa in Estonia sulla pista di Tabasalu, ottima l’affluenza di pubblico nelle due giornate di gara.
Thomas Chareyre si presenta a questa gara per cercare di portarsi di nuovo in testa alla classifica iridata.
Nelle qualifiche Thomas ci ha provato fino all’ultimo giro di portarsi a casa la pole position ma si è dovuto accontentare della seconda posizione.
Al via della prima manche Chareyre non riesce ad avere un buon avvio perdendo due posizioni, nel prima giro Thomas riesce a passare subito Lazzarini e nel secondo giro con un attacco deciso passa Hermunen in staccata e con un passo di gara incredibile a suon di giri record vince con un discreto margine.
Gara 2 è uno spettacolo è l’essenza della Supermoto, Thomas Chareyre ha regalato al pubblico una delle più belle gare degli ultimi anni, nel corso dei primi giri ha risposto colpo su colpo al suo avversario diretto per la corsa al titolo ma non si è fatto intimidire fino a condurre all’errore Hermunen ed a quel punto la strada era spianata verso una incredibile doppietta.
Thomas Chareyre si riprende la tabella rossa di leader e si trova con 14 punti di vantaggio con ancora una gara.
